The following is information regarding
images for the exhibition - there is quite a lot of it, but I would appreciate
it if you would take a couple of minutes and read it through!

Printed Images
These will be framed up in the
Club and displayed both at Mossley Mill and Merville House.
They are not subject to
selection by the Club, so feel free to submit your favourite
images - as last year, we would like to have the work of as many members as
possible on show.
As we are restricted to 75
prints, the number of your images we can display will depend on the number of
entrants (e.g. 25 entrants would mean 3 images per person). You may
submit up to 6 images, indicating on the back of the print whether it is your
'1st choice', '2nd choice' etc.
The preferred size
for prints is 12"x16", but you can submit smaller if you wish.
Images must be unmounted.
Please write your name and
title of the print on the back, and indicate which category you are entering:
Novice Colour
Novice Mono
Advanced Colour
Advanced Mono
There is a portrait prize, and any print falling into this category will automatically be considered for it.
If you are printing your own images, the
deadline for entries is Thursday 13th June.
If you wish to have your images
printed off by DS Colour Labs, the deadline for receipt of these is Thursday, 6th June.
Please put them on a CD and
bring to the Club or, as Philip McKenna has very kindly agreed to organise the
prints, you may prefer to email them to him at philmac49@gmail.com.
In either case, please include your name, image titles and category
entered.
DS Colour charge £1.10 for a
12x16 print, and in addition to the print cost you will be asked to pay a
proportion of the overall postage charge.
PDI
There will also be a PDI category, deadline for
entry is Thursday,
20th June.
Images should be submitted on a CD - please write on your name,
category entered (novice or advanced) and the image titles.
